Room descriptions, duration, team size, difficulty, and age guidance help you compare the current missions. Availability, price, arrival time, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling conditions are confirmed in the reservation flow or directly by Brainbox Club.
A reservation is complete only when it is accepted through the booking service or confirmed by Brainbox Club. The conditions shown with that reservation form part of the booking agreement.
Visitors must follow the briefing and reasonable safety instructions given by the game master. Children must be accompanied as required by the guidance for the selected room.
Brainbox Club may stop a game where conduct creates a safety risk, damages the room, or materially disrupts other visitors.
The Brainbox name, logo, text, illustrations, and other original website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
The website may link to booking, maps, payment, or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy information.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Brainbox Club is not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by third-party networks or services outside its reasonable control.
